Shipping

We recently opened up international shipping directly on our site.

You can shop in your local currency, and all taxes and duties are calculated at checkout so that your package will arrive duty-paid.

All packages are shipped from the United States.

We try our best to ship all orders (without customization) within 1-2 days. Customized orders can take 1-2 weeks.

If you have a deadline that you are trying to make, please send us an email and we will do our best to get your items to you in time.

When you place your order you should receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you should receive another email with tracking information. If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received it, please reach out to us.

Please be sure to follow the tracking information on your order. All Priority Mail packages within the US should arrive within 1-3 days. UPS and First Class Mail can take up to 5 business days. If the shipping process seems to have halted for any reason, please let us know so we can help figure out what the problem is.

If you realize that you've made a mistake on your shipping address, please email us immediately with the correct address. If the order has not been shipped, we will update the address before it goes out.

If your order has already been shipped, we will reship your order for an additional shipping fee.

Unfortunately we are unable to give away free samples. We will sometimes do contests and giveaways when we can, so be on the lookout for those.

Custom Logos

We have strict file requirements on our site to ensure that we are able to format and cut any orders that are placed. However, if your logo file is not uploading, please emails us with your file and we will let you know if it is usable.

Logos generally take about 1-2 weeks to format and cut depending on quantity and time of year. If you have a deadline that you are trying to meet, please let us know when you order so that we can try to accommodate it.

We are only able to customize the internal pages of our notebooks on orders of 500 or more. If you are interested in a custom printing, email us for more information!

Waterproof

All of our notebooks are currently made with waterproof stone paper.

Many of our notepad and notecards are not waterproof. If you are concerned about whether a product is waterproof or not, please double-check the product description/specs and reach out to us if you have questions.

Our stone paper is innately waterproof, which means there is no coating on the paper. All writing implements will work on our waterproof stone paper.

However, if you would like to keep your notes safe (and from smearing), you should use an oil-based pen with or a pencil. Ink that is water-based will run when it comes in contact with water.

Most ballpoint pens use oil-based ink. Most gel or fountain pens use water-based ink. Both our Click Pen and our 4-Color Pen use oil-based ink and are safe to use.

Duktig Brand FC is a small step in the long journey we are taking to improve the lifestyles of coaches and players and in turn, improve the game. We know first-hand how powerful the game can be for people of all ages and what it can do for the quality of someone's life, so we are passionate about the future of the game in every aspect.

Duktig Brand FC Members enjoy perks, discounts and gifts throughout the year.

We accept new members in February of each year. Sign up for our mailing list and follow us on social media to be notified when applications for next year go out.

We accept new members only once each year in order to keep the quality of the membership high and to foster a true community among the members.

The Duktig Brand FC Application asks for some basic information and one more in-depth question meant to help us get to know you as a person.

The Duktig Brand FC Membership currently costs $50 for the first year, and $35 per year after that.

We do offer scholarships or payment plans to members on a need basis. These scholarships have been supplemented by current members each year.

The membership changes from year to year depending on member feedback. However, some things that you can expect are:
