Where do you ship to?

We are located in the United States. We offer shipping to Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark and Norway directly via our site. If you are located in a different country, please email us and we will do our best to offer shipping to your location. 


Due to COVID and postal service options we are currently only able to offer UPS shipping to Australia and New Zealand. We are monitoring this situation and hope to offer USPS rate again soon. 


Please be aware that depending on your country's laws, there may be customs duties or tariffs due upon arrival of your package. You should receive a confirmation email from us once your order has shipped with tracking information. Please watch the tracking carefully, respond to any emails, phone calls or notes that you may receive, and let us know if something appears to be wrong. 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We try our best to ship all orders (except custom logos) within 1-2 days. Logos can take 1-2 weeks. If you have a deadline that you are trying to make, send us an email and we will do our best to get your items to you in time. 


Once your package has shipped, Priority Shipping within the US usually takes 1-3 days. Shipping outside of the US usually takes 1-2 weeks. There may be delays to this timetable, particularly internationally, due to COVID-19. 

Is it possible to get free samples?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give away free samples. We will sometimes do contests and giveaways when we can, so be on the lookout for those. And be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter if you are looking for a deal.

Why has my order not arrived yet?

Please be sure to follow the tracking number that you should receive in your email once your order has been shipped. All Priority Mail packages within the US should arrive within 1-3 days. If the shipping process has halted for any reason, please reach out to us so we can help figure out what the problem is.

Why is my logo file not uploading? Or how much longer until my logos are done?

We have strict file quality requirements on our site to ensure that we are able to format and cut any orders that are placed. If the logo file you have is not uploading, you can email us and attach the file and we will let you know if it is useable. 


Logos generally take about 1-2 weeks to format and cut depending on quantity and time of year. If you have a deadline that you are trying to meet, please let us know when you order so that we can try to accommodate it.

Can you customize the internal pages of the notebooks?

We are only able to customize the internal pages of our notebooks on orders of 500 or more. If you are interested in a custom printing, email us for more information!

Are all of your products waterproof?

All of our notebooks are now made with our waterproof stone paper. Our only non-waterproof products are our Session Cards and Evaluation Cards.

Do I need to use a specific type of pen on your waterproof products?

All writing implements will work on our waterproof stone paper. However, if you would like to keep your notes safe (and waterproof), you need to use a pen with oil-based ink or a pencil. Ink that is water-based will run when it comes in contact with water. Most ballpoint pens use oil-based ink. Most gel or fountain pens use water-based ink. Both our Click Pen and our 4-Color pen use oil-based ink and are safe to use.
