Where do you deliver?
We will ship to most countries. We have removed the option on our site to ship to countries outside of the United States because we want to make sure that each customer is aware of the risks before ordering. We cannot get information on a package (other than a basic tracking number) once it leaves the US. After it enters your country, you will need to contact your local post office regarding any issues with delivery including customs charges. If you are looking to get some of our products shipped overseas, send us an email email@example.com and we will make a custom order for you.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We try our best to get all orders (except custom logos) out within 1-2 days. Logos usually take about 1-2 weeks. If you have a deadline that you are trying to make, send us an email and we will do our best to get your items to you in time.
What is the difference between the Trainer and the XL?
The Trainer is our original notebook. It is smaller than the XL, hardcover, and includes calendar and excel pages in addition to the traditional field pages. The XL is larger than the Trainer, has a soft cover, and is entirely made up of field spreads on dot grid paper for easy diagramming.
Is it possible to get free samples? (We get this one a lot).
Unfortunately, we are unable to give away free samples. We are still a very small company with 2.5 employees doing our best to ensure an impeccable product and high quality customer service at a reasonable price. We are also entirely self-funded and we work in the same industry that you do! We will sometimes do contests and giveaways when we can, so be on the lookout for those. And be sure to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter if you are looking for a deal.

Why has my order not arrived yet?
Please be sure to follow the tracking number that you should receive in your email once your order has been shipped. All Priority Mail packages should arrive within 1-3 days. If the shipping process has halted for any reason, please reach out to us so we can help figure out what the problem is.
Do you do player or coach sponsorships?
We do not currently offer any player or coach sponsorships. We may in the future, but again we are still very young and entirely self-funded.

Are your products waterproof?
None of our products are currently waterproof (though we hear you on this need!). We suggest recording notes and sessions on our Session Cards to use outside if it is raining, as those are easy to replace.
Can we order something if it is sold out?
No. Occasionally we will open up a product for pre-order if we anticipate getting a new shipment in within 2-3 weeks. But if it says that the product is sold out on the site it means that we are not accepting orders for that product at this time. We do our best to keep you updated on when we expect sold out products to be back in stock, but you can always ask and we will give you our best estimate.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes, we accept Amazon Pay, Shopify Pay and Apple Pay (in addition to traditional Credit and Debit Cards). If you need to arrange a different way to pay, contact us.
Why is my logo file not uploading? Or how much longer until my logos are done?
