Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you only deliver to the US and Canada?

No. We will ship to most countries. We have removed the option to ship overseas from our site because we want to make sure that each customer is aware of the risks before ordering. If you are looking to get some of our products shipped overseas, send us an email and we will make a custom order for you. 

2. How long does it take for my order to ship?

We try our best to get all orders (except custom logos) out within 1-2 days. Logos usually take about 1-2 weeks. If you have a deadline that you are trying to make, send us an email and we will do our best to get your items to you in time. 

3. What is the difference between the Trainer and the XL?

The Trainer is our original notebook. It is smaller than the XL, hardcover, and includes calendar and excel pages in addition to the traditional field pages. The XL is larger than the Trainer, has a soft cover, and is entirely made up of field spreads on dot grid paper for easy diagramming. 

4. When will the myTrainer be available for pre-order?

We will open the myTrainer up for general pre-order in July. If you would like to make a bulk pre-order, we are taking orders now. Email us for more information.

5. When will the myTrainer arrive?

We are working with an arrival date for the myTrainer between August 7th and 21st.
